Texas Wildflowers

Texas in the spring is a feast for the eyes thanks to Lady Bird Johnson and her love of wild flowers. This year due to the lack of rain the bluebonnets were not as plentiful as in years past. I did manage to caputre a few pictures of wild flowers today.

No photo ops today, so this is one from our visit to the Fort Worth Zoo.

Just the two of us

Forty seven years ago Lee and I made a commitment that we would love and charish one another until death do us part or for fifty years at which time he would be free to go. Well we only have three to go, at which time we have decided to renegotiate. These are copies of slides and the quality is not so good.

Poor Butterflies

The day was over cast and gray today, not a great day for taking pictures, so here are a few I took at the Fort Worth Botanic Garden's butterfly exhibit.
