More fun on the lake

Took these of the traffic in my back yard. I've also been experimenting with shutter speed. The nice thing about a digital camera is you can take as many pictures as you like with different settings and what you don't like you can just delete them. And developing them is free. So I just click away and see what comes out. There is one flower in the group and that is of an Inca Lilie. It just bloomed today and I could resisit at least getting a shot of it.

This evening on Lake Granbury

Looks like it's going to be a busy Memorial Day weekend. Lot's of jet skiers and boaters out this evening with the promise of more tomorrow. Lot's of traffic in my back yard.

Texas Sunset

This is typical of the beautiful Texas Sunsets. We were driving home from Fort Worth one evening in March and I just had to stop and capture the moment.

Oldie but a goodie

Didn't take any pictures today, so I went back in my files and found this

one. It's one of my early attempts and one of my favorites. This is across the street from where I live. It is just on of our beautiful sunsets on Lake Granbury.

Didn't get to take any photos today, so here are a couple that I took in the last week. The first was taken in my back yard of a domestic white duck. The light was just right to show off his beautiful white feathers. The second is of the park behind Granbury City Hall. It has a wonderful walking trail and as you can see is beautifully maintained.
