My daughter is away and I'm taking care of her cats. Kudzo loves to pose for the camera, but Heidi, like to hide so I have been able to take a picture of her yet. The pictures of the sunflowers were taken in my yard yesterday. The seeds blew in from some place else and landed in front of my garage. I didn't cut them down because I think they are pretty, they are growing wild all over Granbury, but these are my very own. I took them using a tripod to see if I could capture the tiny seeds in the middle of the flower. At first I had little sucess then it occured to me to use the flash. I was then able to caputre the tiny seeds. I thought they turned out pretty good. Tomorrow I may go to the visitors center and try experimenting with shutter speed while taking pictures of the water fountain. If I post them you will know that I think I did well. If you don't see them, you can guess, they didn't turn out very well.
